I am in-office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays with evening availability, as needed.

I also schedule virtual appoints Monday through Friday.

My fee per 50-minute session is $150. I sometimes have sliding scale options available based on financial need.

I accept cash and checks; credit, debit, healthcare savings account cards are processed through a secure online portal.

I do not take insurance. Insurance reimbursement often requires assigning a diagnosis, which is not beneficial for every client.

I can, however, provide a Superbill upon request which is documentation you may be able to submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement. I recommend that you check with your insurance company about your specific benefits.

People often seek therapy for support, care, and the healing techniques a professional can offer. These are all realistic expectations. Therapy can also provide a safe place for expressing and exploring feelings.

In our first session, we'll talk through your reason(s) for seeking counseling and your goal(s) for the counseling process. If after our first session, you feel another professional would better suit your needs, I will make a referral with your goals in mind. Your care is my first priority. After that, our sessions will be structured around what you bring into therapy and how that aligns with your goals.
