I provide individual therapy for adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or ready for change. Many clients come to therapy during life transitions—when old patterns no longer fit and clarity feels just out of reach. I often work with perfectionists, people-pleasers, and individuals navigating life transitions, as well as those processing grief and loss (including pets) and managing complex family or relational dynamics.

My work is relationship-centered and focused on how past and present relationships shape your sense of self. When meaningful to you, I thoughtfully integrate spirituality, guided by your beliefs and preferences. Our work may include:

  • Processing grief and loss

  • Building practical tools for anxiety and stress (DBT-informed skills)

  • Identifying and shifting unhelpful relationship patterns

  • Setting and maintaining healthy boundaries
